If you're like me, then you have a little trouble finding a breakfast that is quick to make, but also fills you up until lunch time. But recently I've been having a most delightful morning meal that i prepare myself in under about four minutes. After eating this, i am full and it carries me to lunch without a problem.
okay, here it is.
1. half a bowl of oatmeal (we use Trader Joe's Steal Cut Oatmeal found in the freezer section)
2. A banana
3. A slice of toasted cinnamon raisin bread (Again, we use Trader Joe's)
4. A tall glass of water or hot tea (or both :))
